Jesus really does emphasize humility a lot, doesn’t he? Humility isn’t putting on a show of seeing ourselves as less than we think we are. It’s seeing ourselves accurately. We can’t do life alone. We need Jesus. In his message today, Pastor Ken will challenge you to realize your poverty. You are poor in spirit. If you’ve come to a place where you see that you have nothing to give on your own, that your strength isn’t going to be enough, then you’re in the right place.
